The semi-prefabricated silicon PU sports court is a mid-to-high-end silicon PU sports floor formed by the combination of prefabricated elastic layer and cast-in-place surface layer. It integrates the structural stability of factory prefabrication with the compatibility of on-site cast-in-place foundation. The core is based on the precast silicon PU elastic roll material formed by molding, and is paired with the cast-in-place silicon PU wear-resistant surface layer. The overall performance meets the standards of professional competitions. It complies with the requirements of the national standard GB 36246-2018 and is an ideal choice for ball courts that combines durability, sports performance and construction efficiency. It is suitable for various competitive ball games such as basketball, volleyball and tennis.

Core structure and standard specifications:

Total thickness 8 mm ( 6-10 mm can be customized), using "cast-in-place permeability bottom layer + precast elastic layer + cast-in-site wear-resisting layer" three layers of composite structures, the function of each layer accurate match sports demand, structural consistency is far superior to the cast-in-site silicon PU.

1.Base coat (penetrating primer) : Special water-based silicone PU primer, deeply penetrates the pores of cement/asphalt base, forms molecular-level adhesion, enhances interlayer adhesion, and prevents delamination and blistering.

2.Middle layer (prefabricated elastic layer, 6-7mm) : Factory high-pressure molded silicone PU elastic sheet, with uniform density and stable elasticity, providing core shock absorption and resilience for the site, without local proportion-matching errors of on-site cast-in-place.

3.Surface layer (cast-in-place wear-resistant and anti-slip layer, 1-2mm) : On-site mixed organosilicon-modified silicone PU wear-resistant material, with high-hardness quartz sand/anti-slip particles added, knife coating/sprayed to form. The thickness can be slightly adjusted according to the on-site foundation to ensure the flatness and anti-slip performance of the site.

It can withstand high-frequency professional training and competition use without sanding or particle dropping problems, and its service life can reach 10 to 15 years.
