Heavy-Duty Steel Court Structure The frame is constructed from high-grade steel, offering exceptional rigidity, compression strength, and corrosion resistance. Load-Bearing Edge & Main Beams: Made of heavy-duty rectangular steel pipes (100×200×3.0mm, 80×60×2.75mm), hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated for maximum strength and corrosion resistance.

Floor Load-Bearing Frame: 40×40×2.0mm welded steel pipes, forming a stable modular grid (2m × 2.5m).

Floor Panel: 20mm thick high-density fiberglass panels, offering excellent fire, water, and weather resistance.

Adjustable Base Assembly: Engineering plastic bases with adjustable height (275–375mm) to level the court on uneven ground.

Hardware: Grade 8.8 hot-dip galvanized bolts and 304 stainless steel anti-theft caps for secure, long-lasting installation.
