Product introduction:

The breathable spray particle track is an economical type of plastic track made of a composite system of polyurethane and rubber particles. It uses a single-component PU glue as the adhesive, mixes black rubber particles to form the base layer, and applies high-pressure sprayed EPDM colored particles as the surface layer. The overall structure is porous and breathable, capable of quickly removing water vapor from the base layer. The construction is simple and the cost is affordable. It complies with the national standard GB 36246-2018 and is the mainstream paving choice for ordinary campuses and fitness venues.

Core structure and standard specifications：

The standard paving thickness is 13mm, with no special thickening requirements. The double-layer porous structure takes into account both the elasticity of the foundation and drainage and ventilation.

Bottom layer (10mm) : A mixture of single-component polyurethane mortar and 4-6mm black rubber particles is spread and formed. It has a high porosity, providing a base elasticity and drainage channels for the site.

Surface layer (3mm) : High-strength wear-resistant PU glue is mixed with colored EPDM particles and formed into an anti-slip and wear-resistant surface layer through high-pressure spraying process. The particles adhere evenly, taking into account both color and anti-slip performance.

Resistant to ultraviolet rays and ozone erosion, the surface color does not fade for a long time. Local damage can be quickly repaired and the maintenance cost is low.

The base layer is made of cement concrete or asphalt, with a moderate requirement for the flatness of the base layer (flatness error ≤4mm/3m). The core construction steps are:
