Product introduction

The composite self-textured track is a cost-effective particle-free plastic track with a composite system of polyurethane + rubber particle. The bottom layer is a composite structure of rubber particles and PU glue, and the surface layer uses a special modified PU glue self-textured process to naturally form an anti-slip texture. It combines the economic practicality of the composite track with the particle-free advantage of the self-textured process, eliminating the problem of particle dropping from the root. It complies with the requirements of the national standard GB 36246-2018 and is the preferred paving type for the track and field venues of primary and secondary schools, vocational colleges, and medium and high-end public fitness venues.

Core structure and standard specifications

The standard paving thickness is 13mm. The basic sports areas such as high jump and long jump can be thickened to 15-20mm. The double-layer composite structure balances elasticity, stability and cost performance. The design without external particles is more durable.

Base layer (10mm) : Mix 4-6mm black rubber particles with single-component PU glue and spread them. Apply a thin PU seal layer on the surface to enhance the structural density, providing the site with basic load-bearing capacity, elasticity and moisture resistance, while also taking into account breathable space and structural stability.

Surface layer (3mm) : After high-pressure spraying, the specially modified polyurethane self-textured surface slurry naturally forms a uniform anti-slip texture through chemical reaction. There is no need to spray EPDM particles. The surface layer is one-piece formed, with strong adhesion, and combines anti-slip performance and foot feel.
