Product introduction

The hybrid granular spray track is a double-layer structure plastic track. The bottom layer is made of PU mixture mixed with rubber /EPDM particles, and the surface layer is formed by high-pressure spraying of PU+EPDM particles. It combines elasticity, wear resistance and cost performance, and is the mainstream choice for schools and professional venues.

Core structure and materials

1.Base layer: Cement concrete or asphalt base layer, ensuring flatness and strength.

2.Elastic layer: Two-component PU+EPDM particles (2-4mm) are mixed and spread to provide elasticity and shock absorption.

3.Surface layer: A mixture of high-strength PU and EPDM particles is sprayed under high pressure to form a dense, wear-resistant and anti-slip layer.

4.The standard thickness is 13mm and can be thickened to 15-30mm as required (20-30mm in the high jump area).

1.It has moderate elasticity and good shock absorption, reducing sports injuries and physical exertion.

2.The wear resistance is less than 2.5%, it is resistant to nails and compression, and is not easily damaged during high-frequency use.

3.It has strong weather resistance, is resistant to UV, ozone and acid rain, and the color lasts long.

4.It can be used all day long, dries quickly after rain, has high flatness, and bonds firmly without easy bubbling.

5.Compared with the all-plastic type: it has slightly lower elasticity and less durability, but offers better cost performance

key points of construction

1.Base treatment: Level, repair, dry, and apply solvent-free primer to enhance adhesion.

2.Elastic layer: Mix PU material, emulsion and EPDM particles in proportion and apply by scraping to form.

3.The surface layer: After mixing PU and particles, a dedicated spray machine is used for cross-spraying to form an anti-slip texture.

4.Curing and maintenance: Ventilate and cure for 7 to 10 days. Use it after passing the acceptance inspection.
