A.Reinforced & Low-Height Steel Structure 

Our frame is built with high-quality steel tubes, optimized for a safe height of 2.0+0.5m (total height 2.5m):

Glass Upper Beam: 155×60×2.5mm bullet-shaped steel tube, with 25×4.5mm adhesive tape

Glass Lower Beam: 133×40×2.5mm trapezoidal steel tube, with 25×4.5mm adhesive tape

Mesh Frame Upper Beam: 40×80×2.5mm steel tube, length 6m

Columns: Cornerless design, with 50×100×2.75mm lamp post columns (height 2m), welded with 10mm thick flange plates and 8mm reinforcing ribs

Lamp Post: 60×60×2.75mm square steel tube, with a total light height of 4m

Mesh Frame: 4mm thick rebar mesh (50×50mm) laser-welded to the frame, constructed from 10×50×2.0mm rectangular steel tubes and 3mm bent steel plates All components are treated with a rich zinc primer + topcoat finish for superior corrosion resistance and long-lasting use.

B.Safe & High-Transparent Tempered Glass 

The court uses safety tempered glass, which offers high mechanical strength and impact resistance, making it difficult to break. Its high transparency ensures clear visibility, creating a safe and immersive playing experience for children.

C.Child-Safe Accessories

Tennis Post: 920mm tall 80×80×3.0mm aluminum alloy post with a built-in pure copper tensioner, cast aluminum cap, and steel internal parts treated with hot-dip galvanizing and black powder coating for safety and durability.
